Information and counseling centre for women - victims of domestic violence
Information and counseling centre offers long-term free consultancy, including specialized assistance provided by a social therapist, a psychologist and if necessary, psychiatrist and/or lawyer.

SOS hotline
The hotline 602 246 102 is available for women endangered by domestic violence from whole country and provides them basic information, safety planning and support. The hotline is in service at work days between 9 and 18.
Shelter for women - victims of domestic violence
The shelter is for women and children endangered by violence in family. The accommodation is understood as an emergency service for a limited period of 6 months. The shelter is not just the roof above the head. The important part of the stay is also social-therapeutic and psychological assistance for victims of violence and their children.

Internet Counseling
Women - victims of violence, their relatives, public and professionals, students and institutions can send their questions and requests concerning domestic violence issue on the counseling e-mail poradna@rosa-os.cz .

From good intention to good cooperation
The goal of the project is establishing of interdisciplinary team of experts from state and non-governmental organisations within the region of the Prague 4. Within the scope of the project is translation and redaction of the Manual of models and recommendations for good interdisciplinary co-operation, which was produced within DAPHNE Project, coordinated by WAVE (Women Against Violence in Europe).
